Everyone is freaking out out SOPA and ACTA and shit, but maybe if things go through with them it will be an eye opener for all of the people who live their lives through the fucking internet. We can survive without cell phones and internet, remember when they didn’t exist? Oh no, I don’t have a signal. Oh no, my page didn’t load within 2 seconds, the worlds going to end- No it is not, shut the fuck up and step outside.

I appreciate technology and where it has taken us, but people have gone to far. If it wasn’t so easy to just type this rant up, I’d go HANDWRITE it on a piece of paper and tack it up on a bulletin board somewhere. People are just loosing touch with humanity. It bugs me because we are not robots and we still have to develop ourselves outside of the fucking computer lab and the office cubicle. Sure the internet allows worldwide connection, but so does taking a step out of your door to meet people who are not on facebook.

It just sucks that people take advantage of what they have and exploit it, then get upset when some outside source starts doing it, too. People need a wake up call and maybe it has finally arrived.
